Former Eskom exec's court application dismissed

JOHANNESBURG - Former Eskom executive France Hlakudi's application to have a R30-million tax evasion charge struck off the roll has been dismissed.

It will remain on the charge sheet.

Hlakudi and three co-accused face several charges of fraud, corruption, and money laundering, relating to the R745-million corruption at Kusile power station.

The case has been postponed to 24 May.
