JOHANNESBURG - Tripartite Alliance partner Cosatu is unhappy with the performance of Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan.
It says his presence has not helped sort out the problems at Eskom.
It's now calling on President Cyril Ramaphosa to take action to stabilise the situation.
Cosatu's remarks come after ANC deputy president David Mabuza asserted the president was misled over problems at Eskom.
ANC Treasurer-General Paul Mashatile responded to the calls for Gordhan's removal by saying the deployment of a minister is the prerogative of the president.
