CAPE TOWN - Cape Town residents are fed up, despite reprieves in the severity of blackouts compared to the rest of the country.
The price of electricity has gone up 9.5 percent this month for city customers.
And now the fuel price hike is expected to add to food and transport costs.
But the DA says it has a plan to de-regulate the price of fuel.
The party says the law must be amended to curtail the minister’s powers to regulate the price of fuel.
