COVID-19 in SA: 13,777 cases and 458 new deaths recorded

JOHANNESBURG - The latest COVID-19 figures are in and another 458 deaths have been reported.

More than 13,700 new cases were recorded in the past 24 hours.  

The Western Cape has recorded the most new infections, with over 4,000 new infections identified.

It's followed by Gauteng with more than 2,700 cases.

KwaZulu-Natal has reported 2,600 new cases.

The most recent deaths bring total fatalities to 73,873 to date.
