JOHANNESBURG - South Africa recorded 5,062 new COVID-19 infections in the past 24 hours.
Sadly 6 more people have died.
Gauteng continues to lead with over 2,300 cases reported.
It’s followed by KwaZulu-Natal with 1,448 cases.
Over 27,400 tests were conducted.
The country’s positivity rate stands at 18.4% percent.
