JOHANNESBURG - Despite concerns about a possible third wave, active cases continue to drop in the country.
They're currently 21,506, down by almost 800 from the previous day.
There have been 510 new COVID-19 cases and 55 more deaths that have been reported in the last 24 hours.
The total death toll now stands at 52,251.
