JOHANNESBURG - 619 new COVID-19 cases have been identified in the country.
A further 25 COVID-19 related deaths have also been reported.
The majority of new cases on Saturday came from the Western Cape with 129 new cases.
Followed by KwaZulu-Natal at 116. Gauteng identified 93 new cases.
25,585 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours.
The positivity rate stands at 2.2 percent.
