JOHANNESBURG - The total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in South Africa stands at 32,683 with 683 deaths.

The health department announced that a total of 725 125 tests have been conducted to date.

Level 3 lockdown: Metrorail not ready to resume services Monday

Recoveries stand at 16,809.

The Western Cape still has the highest number of positive cases with 21,382 cases followed by Gauteng with 4,003 cases and the Eastern Cape with 3,927 cases.
