COVID-19: SA recovery rate nears 90%

JOHANNESBURG - The Health Department recorded 49 new COVID-19 deaths in South Africa, taking the total number of fatalities to 15,427.

The recovery rate remains at 89.9%.

Most of the new deaths are from the Western Cape and Gauteng.
