COVID-19: South Africa records 85 new deaths

JOHANNESBURG - The health department has recorded 85 new COVID-19 deaths.

Of the 85 deaths, eight occurred in the last 48 hours.

New cases have increased by 2,055.

This brings the total number of cases to 708,359.

South Africa's recoveries currently stand at 641,706.
