PARLIAMENT - The Parliamentary Inquiry into Eskom is recommending criminal prosecutions.
The committee met on Wednesday to discuss the first draft of the report.
MPs have been probing allegations of state capture at the state-owned entity, but the committee says it won't make the contents of the report public just yet.
Inquiry chairperson Zukiswa Rantho said the committee is satisfied with the recommendations.
"There are criminal proceedings that we think we should put in and criminal investigations."
