President Jacob Zuma's son, Duduzane wants all charges against him be dropped.
JOHANNESBURG - Duduzane Zuma's culpable homicide case is back at the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Friday.
His lawyers have asked the court to drop all charges against former President Jacob Zuma's son.
They argue that the state has failed to prove that Zuma was reckless and negligent for causing the death of a taxi passenger.
Zuma initially faced two charges of culpable homicide and a count of negligent driving relating to a car crash on the M1 highway on the 1st of February 2014.
However, at the start of the trial on Tuesday, prosecutor Yusuf Baba indicated that one culpable homicide charge would be withdrawn.
