CAPE TOWN - DA Leader John Steenhuisen says Parliament should hold Cabinet accountable.

It's tabled a motion of no confidence in President Cyril Ramaphosa's entire Cabinet.

Steenhuisen says the president's decision to bring in outsiders to help is an indication he doesn't have confidence in his ministers.
