JOHANNESBURG - Former SAA chairperson Dudu Myeni's case has been postponed to 25 November.
This is to allow for new applications to be brought to court.
Judge Ronel Tolmay says the trial will start on the first day of the first court term.
The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse and the SAA Pilots' Association are asking the court to declare Myeni a delinquent director.
According to Outa, during Myeni's tenure, SAA lost over R16-billion.
Myeni previously missed three court appearances, first claiming she didn't have money to travel from KwaZulu-Natal to Pretoria.
Her legal team then told the court it needed more time.
