CAPE TOWN - The gunning down of a homeless man, allegedly by a City of Cape Town law enforcement officer, shows a disregard for the human rights of the homeless.
This is the sentiment that’s echoed throughout Dumisani Joxo’s memorial service.
His family, friends and several activists were in attendance.

And while the matter is still being investigated, there seem to be many unanswered questions.
