PORT ST JOHNS - Three people have died while another remains missing following floods in the Eastern Cape.
OR Tambo District Municipality's Zimkhita Macingwane says at least three municipalities have been affected with ground teams assessing the damage.
Macingwane said, "here, in Port St Johns the situation is not good at all. The reports now that we have received are indicating that at least 10 bridges have been washed away and a couple of roads have also been damaged."
