JOHANNESBURG - Eskom announces stage two rolling blackouts from 9am on Tuesday.
Scheduled outages are expected to run until 5am on Saturday.
This is due to a shortage of generation capacity.

The utility says there were delays in returning some units, out since Saturday, back to service.
Only units at the Kusile, Matimba, and Arnot power stations have been returned to service.
Eskom is urging people to reduce electricity usage.
