JOHANNESBURG - Eskom will implement Stage 2 load-shedding from 1am to 6am on Wednesday morning.

This is to accommodate the release of the matric results.

The power utility cites the loss of additional generation capacity as the reason.

It says it's used emergency reserved need to be replenished to meet electricity demand.
