JOHANNESBURG - Eskom says South Africa will move from stage 1 to stage 2 load-shedding at 2pm on Wednesday.

According to the power utility, demand has significantly increased due to cold weather conditions.

Stage 2 is to continue until 10pm.

Rolling blackouts returned on Friday with Eskom struggling with capacity.
