JOHANNESBURG - Eskom has confirmed that load-shedding will be suspended from 11pm on Monday night.
The power utility says the generation capacity has improved following the return to service of some generation units.
Two more units are expected to be repaired and up and running by Tuesday.
While load-shedding is set to be suspended, Eskom urged the public to use electricity sparingly.
It said the risk of load-shedding remains high.
