JOHANNESBURG - Rolling power cuts may return.
Eskom says the system is severely constrained and the public is urged to reduce electricity use.
The parastatal says the crunch is due to delays in returning units to service and the further loss of multiple generation units.
No blackouts are currently in place, but that might change at short notice.
In a statement a while ago, Eskom says emergency reserves will be relied on to meet demand on Monday night.
