Etzebeth takes SAHRC to court

Springboks lock Eben Etzebeth is reportedly taking the South African Human Rights Commission to court.

JOHANNESBURG - Springbok lock Eben Etzebeth is taking legal action against the Human Rights Commission.

Etzebeth wants the decision to move the case to the equality court on review.

The so-called Langebaan four are accusing Etzebeth of hurling racial slurs at them.

They want over R1-million in compensation and an apology. 

The commission's Buang Jones' comments on making an example of Etzebeth, drew harsh criticism.
