JOHANNESBURG - Former Eastern Cape Health MEC Sindiswa Gomba and her 13 co-accused have pleaded not guilty to all 27 charges against them.
The case relates to funds intended for Nelson Mandela's funeral.
The matter will now be heard at the Eastern Cape High Court in Bhisho for separation of trial applications.
Two of the accused have applied to have a separate trial, which the NPA says it will oppose.
