JOHANNESBURG - Former Bosasa officials will back in the Pretoria Commercial Crimes Court on Wednesday on numerous counts of violating the Public Finance Management Act.
Angelo Agrizzi, Andries van Tonder and former correctional services officials, Patrick Gillingham and Linda Mti were arrested and appeared for the first time in February.
Agrizzi, Van Tonder, Gillingham, Frans Vorster and Carlos Bonafacio were released on R20,000 bail each.
Their arrest came after the state capture inquiry heard damning testimony related to corruption in the correctional services sector.
It's alleged that at least R1.6-billion was misappropriated.
