JOHANNESBURG - Former KMPG partner Sipho Malaba wants to challenge the damning forensic report into VBS Mutual Bank in court.
The investigation revealed Malaba pocketed R34-million for covering up corruption at the bank.
He was KPMG's leading auditor during the looting of nearly R2-billion from VBS.
But Malaba denies this and wants the court to set aside the report.
He claims it's flawed, biased and riddled with inaccuracies.
Meanwhile, Chartered Accountants body Saica says a disciplinary process will be instituted.
