Four arrested for selling JMPD 'jobs'

JOHANNESBURG - The Johannesburg Metro Police Department has arrested four people for selling what they claimed were JMPD jobs. 

It is believed the suspects scammed around 100 students.

They apparently paid between R5,000 and R15,000 for the jobs. 

Metro police swooped on the alleged con artists in Tembisa on Friday morning, after one of the victims reported the scam to authorities.
