JOHANNESBURG - South Africans should fasten their seatbelts for another fuel price hike.

According to the Automobile Association of South Africa's mid-month projections, motorists could be in for a bumpy ride with a huge petrol price increase set for next month.

South Africans could pay up to R1,18 more for a litre of petrol and 90c more for a litre of diesel.

This includes a hike in fuel levies announced by the Finance Minister in February's budget.
