COVID-19 in SA: Garden Route ready for possible third wave

CAPE TOWN - Health workers along the Garden Route say they're ready for a possible third coronavirus wave.

The Western Cape Health Department says preparations are in place if it hits the province in May.

The Garden Route was one of the first areas to experience the second wave.

This had a wide-scale detrimental impact on its tourism and hospitality sectors over the December holiday period.
