JOHANNESBURG - An apology may not be enough to keep Pretoria News Editor Piet Rampedi out of trouble.
The Gauteng government plans to institute legal action against him and the Independent Media group after the newsgroup published a story on Gosiame Sithole's decuplets.

Independent Media alleged Steve Biko Academic Hospital was trying to cover up medical negligence.
The Gauteng government says Tembisa Hospital staff have determined Sithole was not recently pregnant nor gave birth.
