PARLIAMENT - Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan says the EFF must get good lawyers.
The party is criticising him for violating the constitution, following a finding by the Public Protector.
Gordhan said, however, his focus remains that of stabilising state entities and rooting out corruption.
He has retained his ministerial position in the new cabinet.
"I was part of drafting the constitution, it can't be delinquent, they must get good advice from good lawyers and will tell them that's not the case," Gordhan said.
