CAPE TOWN - Minister Malusi Gibaga faced tough questions about a private airport terminal.
He appeared before Parliament’s Home Affairs Portfolio Committee.
The questions relate to an agreement his department made to allow the Oppenheimer’s Fireblade Aviation to operate at OR Tambo International Airport.
Last week, Gigaba was dealt another blow when the Constitutional Court dismissed his application for leave to appeal a court ruling that he lied under oath.
Opposition parties have called for Gigaba to be fired.
Gigaba said he will not resign.
