Gordhan: Design failures back to bite Eskom

JOHANNESBURG - Public Enterprises Minister, Pravin Gordhan, says design failures in the construction of the country's coal power stations, are coming back to bite it. 

Seven generating units have gone offline, forcing Eskom to start load-shedding again.

On Monday, in an unprecedented move, the utility began stage four power cuts.
