JOHANNESBURG - Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan is unfazed by the findings of a report recommending that he be criminally investigated.

eNCA has seen the report which recommends four former Sars officials be criminally investigated.

They include former Sars commissioner Pravin Gordhan and deputy commissioner Ivan Pillay.

WATCH: We need time, says Gordhan on load-shedding

eNCA understands the same report was used in former Sars commissioner Tom Moyane's application to cross-examine Gordhan at the State Capture Commission of Inquiry.

However, Gordhan opposed the application and is unfazed by the findings of the 2014 report.
