Government condemns Dros restaurant rape

JOHANNESBURG - Government has condemned the rape of a 7-year old girl at the Dros in Pretoria.

GCIS spokesperson Phumla Williams has also thanked patrons at the restaurant for ensuring that the perpetrator was arrested.

A seven-year-old girl was raped at the weekend at the Dros in Silverton.

A 20-year-old suspect has been charged with the rape, drug possession and intent to do grievous bodily harm.
