QWAQWA - A ministerial delegation is expected to visit a volatile QwaQwa in the eastern Free State.

Residents barricaded roads and some reports say doctors and nurses were trapped inside the local hospital.

People are gathering again outside the municipal buildings.

Maluti-A-Phofung Municipality was placed under administration two years ago.
