JOHANNESBURG - Deputy President David Mabuza has admitted blurred lines of accountability impact on the oversight of government projects. 

He was responding to questions asked in the National Assembly.

These focused on government's coordinated response to service delivery, the stimulation of township economies and the moral regeneration movement.

The deputy president, who is a patron of the movement, said government is clear in its commitment to remove corruption in all its forms.

He also said government is committed to transforming townships into 'thriving production investment hubs' in which women and youth will be empowered.
