HARRISMITH - Enraged Harrismith residents say they want out of their municipality and are threatening to block the N3.
They have taken to the streets for the third day of a shutdown over service delivery issues at the Maluti-A-Phofung Municipality in the Free State.
This comes after the deputy president visited the embattled municipality last week, promising better service.
The municipality has been identified as one of the hotspots in the country for service delivery problems.
