Hawks investigating Duduzile Zuma for July unrest

DURBAN - The Hawks are investigating whether the daughter of former president Jacob Zuma was involved in last year July's unrest.

Duduzile Zuma was seen taking to social media during the unrest last year, thanking those protesting for supporting her father, among other things.

Twenty people alleged to have instigated last year's unrest appeared in the Durban magistrate's court on Friday.

They face charges including conspiracy to commit public violence, and incitement to commit arson.
