Health Department expects to conclude Digital Vibes investigation soon

JOHANNESBURG - By the end of October, the Department of Health expects to have concluded its investigation of seven officials implicated in an SIU report linked to Digital vibes.

The officials were suspended last month for their alleged involvement in the Digital Vibes contract.

The Department of Health's Nicholas Crisp said, "so the investigating officers were appointed, they indicated to me that they would like to speak to a number of people who are referred to in the SIU report."

"Yesterday <Friday>, I got a report that they've concluded their interviews with all of those are not...they were in the SIU, the Department of Health and Treasury and elsewhere because they wanted to be sure about the formulation of the charges. They informed me yesterday that that process is concluded."
