JOHANNESBURG - The High Court in Pretoria has set aside the Inspector General of Intelligence's report into the so-called SARS rogue unit.
The report was used to accuse a number of officials of spying.
The officials accused included former SARS executive Johann van Loggerenberg and former SARS commissioner and current Public Enterprises Minister, Pravin Gordhan.
Van Loggerenberg says the Inspector General's report was nothing but a concoction of lies, disinformation and fraudulent claims.
