JOHANNESBURG - Human Settlements Director-General, Mbulelo Tshangana has been placed on special leave.

Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi accuses him of repeatedly defying her and failing to fulfil his duties as an accounting officer of the Human Settlements Department.

He was sent on leave from Wednesday.
