JOHANNESBURG - Attorney Nthabiseng Dubazana says the Jacob Zuma Foundation has a point in its criticism of State Capture Commission chairperson, Justice Raymond Zondo.
Zondo is demanding that Zuma appears before the commission in November.
"The issues raised in this document are very interesting, even though they are not put legally. It sounds like a rant more than anything else.
"They are saying you should have done this instead of that, you did not pick on Pravin Gordhan when he didn't file an affidavit and that statement, for example, is legitimate," said Dubazana.
Following Zondo's announcement, the Jacob Zuma Foundation hit back at him and described his comments as an unjustified and prejudicial attack on Zuma.
