Jacob Zuma Foundation insists Zondo is biased

JOHANNESBURG - The Jacob Zuma Foundation has once again accused the Zondo commission of playing politics.

This after the foundation was sent communication this week about the application to subpoena Zuma.

The application by the inquiry's legal team is due to be heard on Friday.

UCT law professor, Cathy Powell says the Zuma Foundation's argument is not supported by evidence and that Zuma's team may want to delay and head to the Constitutional Court.
