Joburg Council special sitting disrupted for the second time

JOHANNESBURG - The Johannesburg City Council's special sitting was disrupted again on Tuesday.

Last week the special sitting didn’t get off to a good start and it doesn't seem like things are any better this time around as chaos continues to break out.

More security has been deployed this time, and Mayor Mpho Phalatse says the opposition parties are delaying the inevitable.
