JOHANNESBURG - The frustrating traffic congestion on the M2 in Johannesburg will come to an end soon.

The City of Johannesburg says construction work will be completed by the end of October.

The rehabilitation of the M1 double-decker bridge is also expected to be finished at that time.

Last year, the Johannesburg Roads Agency revealed about 94-percent of bridges in the city were derelict.
