JOHANNESBURG - Some taxis in Johannesburg continue to load at 100 percent, despite lockdown regulations allowing only 70 percent.

The taxi industry has called on its members to openly defy regulations and return to normal operations.

This included inter-provincial travel without permits for passengers and loading at full capacity.
