John Steenhuisen appointed DA Parliamentary leader

John Steenhuisen has accepted the appointment as the DA's Parliamentary leader.

CAPE TOWN - The Democratic Alliance has a new Parliamentary leader.

John Steenhuisen has accepted the appointment after he was the only person nominated for the position.

The former DA Chief Whip relinquished his position following Mmusi Maimane's resignation as DA leader and Parliamentary leader last week.

It’s been a particularly bruising week for the DA.
