PORT ELIZABETH - The Port Elizabeth High Court will rule on Pastor Timothy Omotoso's bail judgment appeal.
The rape-accused Nigerian televangelist has been denied bail three times.
He was arrested in 2017, after allegedly trying to flee the country.
Two of his co-accused are out on bail but the state believes Omotoso is a flight risk and may evade trial.
He faces almost a hundred charges including rape and human trafficking.
Omotoso’s family has accused the courts of being biased and robbing the pastor of his freedom.
