Jukskei drowning | Search continues for missing church members

JOHANNESBURG - The search is set to continue for 15 missing people suspected of having been swept away by flash floods in the Jukskei River in Johannesburg.

Two other people drowned during the church ritual.

Reports suggest church members were conducting a baptism ritual in the river and were caught in a flash flood following heavy rains in the Bramley Park area.

Johannesburg EMS spokesperson, Robert Mulaudzi, said search-and-rescue operations would continue on Sunday.
