Kgomoeswana tax evasion case postponed

PRETORIA - Limpopo businessman Maphoko Hudson Kgomoeswana's tax evasion trial will commence next month.

He is accused of owing SARS about R5-million.

Kgomoeswana appeared briefly in the Pretoria Regional Court on Wednesday.

This was an additional charge for the Eskom supplier, who is currently out on R300,000 bail after he was implicated in the controversial R745-million Kusile Power Station corruption case.
